This is a fascinating story about restaurants in the modern age, post-COVID, online restaurants,

ghost kitchens, delivery, things of that nature.

I think you'll really enjoy it if you've ever worked in a restaurant, or if you have

eaten it one, or had food delivered to you, or delivered food, I suppose.

Anyway, that's what we're going to do today.

It's going to be a several part show I should start with an apology.
