Parts one and two we heard from the founders of the company

and then we heard from regulators who realized that things were out of control with the original

for Loco that included as much caffeine as a Red Bull plus a bunch of other stuff and a 12%

alcohol content in a 24 ounce can. A lot of trouble.

Eventually regulators and lawmakers came to an agreement with the company that they would and with wholesalers basically

that they would stop selling they would stop buying more of the product from

for loco and but they would allow them to sell what they already had in storage.

announced that they had come to a voluntary agreement with the manufacturers of Fort Loco to stop the shipment of the malt beverage into New York State.

The distributors agreed to stop selling their existing stock after December 10th.
