I have been at home pretty ill the last couple days.

Not negative, but I thought it was just a little stomach bug.

Going back in today, feeling a little bit better, but behind on some of the content that

you normally get, that you deserve.

It's the first time now in 95 weeks I haven't published by Monday or Tuesday, but hopefully

we'll be able to get that out today.

Wednesday is recording today's Mind of Micah.

This piece is called Guy Fieri, elder statesman of Flavor Town.

TV's spike-haired rapsidist of roadside eats is still playing it for laughs, but he's

also winning food world respect as a sort of grain eminence.

It comes to us, of course, based on that intro from the New York Times, and somebody

named Matt Flellenheimer.
