Dr. Berg gives a quick tip after you hit your weight loss goal on a ketogenic diet plan. Stick with 50+ grams of carbs a day, carbs like berries, squash, rye crackers, and bigger meals. Make your protein intake up to 8 ounces. And as for intermittent fasting, do two meals a day.
