So I hope you had a chance to go through some of the notes that I left for you under the episode yesterday about Japa mantra my practice.

And I want it to just add one more thing.

It's important to know that when I am doing my practice every morning, which I do right before I jump on here and hit record.

There's an intention to stay aware as love the whole time.

So when I start around on my molo beads, as I begin each round,

I am intending to be aware of the highest that only love is present, only love is here.

There's a quote that I refer to a lot in my life and my personal life and it's from Kabir.

And Kabir says, it is easy to bear the heat of fire and likewise, it is possible to tread the

edge of the sword, but to sustain an unchanging love is a most difficult business.

To sustain an unchanging love is a most difficult business.

And that's what we're trying to do every day.

And the most difficult business to stay aware, to stay conscious of constantly conscious of

the love that we are, to remember that we're love while being the person in the world.

And it made me think recently, my daughter, she starts middle school this week and

I get her very highly textured natural hair straightened just once a year to get her ins trimmed.

And I used to get my hair straightened pretty regularly actually like that was my whole life and

I have a blog about it. That's another life of mine, curlianicke.com.

But I didn't feel pretty unless my hair was straight, but my hair was not straight naturally.

So whenever I would go out into humidity, I'd humid conditions, whenever it would get wet,

my hair would revert back to its natural condition, which is awesome and what you'd want,
