0:45.9	Today we are talking about inclusion or inclusivity and each episode we've
0:51.6	promised you listener that we would focus on a decision of the reform movement.
0:55.8	But today we have multiple decisions that reflect this incredible value to be inclusive.
1:02.8	And can you tell me what they are?
1:04.7	Absolutely.
1:06.0	I mean, for me, so much of this starts
1:08.2	with the 1973 decision to ordain women rabbis. That's a win. For obvious reasons this one speaks to me
1:16.2	deeply with all my heart and soul. It goes on from there in 1990 the reform
1:21.4	movement welcomed rabbis regardless of sexual orientation and made that official.
1:27.7	We've pursued welcoming interfaith families, which we're not going to go into deeply here because
1:32.0	we have a whole other episode dedicated to that.
