of saying his background, but I remember him working at Farmer's Insurance for a long time.

And then I don't know, 10 10 12 years ago opened up his own

insurance brokerage where he does insurance on home and auto and commercial real estate and has

been very successful on doing multifamily insurance and single family and in a lot of the southeast

and I'll let him touch on some of the states that he

insures but he's based out of Texas. It's been very successful in the single and multifamily market

in Texas. So with that, dad, if you want to just talk a little about what you get what you do and

kind of your business. Well, you did a good job of explaining it.

I started in 1990 with farmers and got involved with a lot of investors that were investing in real estate and single family properties and then later into multifamily properties.

And farmers is a captive agency.

So I only had one product and, you know, one product doesn't work for everybody. So I only had one product.

And, you know, one product doesn't work for everybody.

So I had to move on and start my own brokerage.

That way I had the entire market to go out to and reach out to and find proper carriers

and proper insurance for different types of risk.
