So I think the one thing that you truly take pride in is for all the companies is the customer journey. And so I think just showcasing kind of what we've done on maybe the investing and

Customer service back in the 80s and 90s was a tagline, right? No one really thought about it until I think it was Herb Callagher from Southwest. I want everyone to write this down because this is truly important and this will revolutionize your business.
