0:56.3	get started? Yeah. So taking a step back, you know, I knew that I wanted to be an entrepreneur
1:01.5	in the real estate space in some capacity since I was about 19. And basically I was working
1:06.2	summers delivering pizzas and got really into reading. Naturally, one of the first books that I picked up
1:11.6	as someone interested in personal finance and real estate was rich dad, poor dad. And, you know,
1:16.7	it was pretty much after reading that, that I decided this is what I want to do with my life. And,
1:20.6	you know, I was going to going to school at the time. So I was studying mechanical engineering at
1:24.4	Rutgers, New Jersey. And after I graduated, I ended up working in
