I'm very excited to have our guest on the show today. His name is George. Abreou. I tried to say

with flipping and wholesaling in kind of the single family space.

And then as the 08 crash happened, he, you know,

decided to look into different markets and moved into DFW and was very successful

in the wholesaling and the flipping space there.

And as that business grew,
