Okay, I am on with John Delarosa, IFPB Pro, and John was nice enough to come on my show and have a chat with me and we're going to discuss some of his past endeavors and his

current success and see kind of how he put it all together.

So I want to ask you first, John,

because those who don't know you,

there aren't very many people who don't know you,

but for those I don't know you,

how long have you been a pro?

Since 2011, so I guess eight years now. How did you turn pro? I won the heavyweight

class at the USAs at the USAs in Las Vegas. All right, so I want to get away from the X's and O's a bodybuilding,

So, you know that meme that goes around that shows success and some people think it's a straight line and

I've been you know we've been friends for a while and I've been watching you for you know I watch your career

I'm a fan of the sport like everybody else.
