to Pawnee. So why don't you say what's up Evan? Hey what's up guys how you doing?

Glad to be here, thanks for having me. So thanks for doing the podcast, Evan. We haven't talked a little while. I want to do some catching up.

How is everything going? How is the last thing I heard was you're getting over your quad tear and you're going to make a return to the stage?

Yeah, I mean unfortunately that's still the status and I say unfortunately because it just took me has taken me so much longer than anticipated

At this point dude. I mean we're just over two years post surgery and you know

when you look at somebody like Branch who came back and not only did the

Arnold but won the Arnold like seven months after.

Yeah, why is it, you're extremely meticulous, like you're known for your detail when it comes to food and

trying to find out what makes you

healthy and all that. So how is it, why is it taking so long and what's, has there been issues

along the way? Well I think part of it, it's different for everybody.

You know, like when I talk to Branch,

because there's been a few times that I reached out to him during my recovery,

you know, one was like maybe six months ago, and I was so frustrated because I'm like man it's a year and a half

post surgery I'm still in pain like just doing something stupid I mean I could squat and things like that but stupid things like

things like leg extensions even walking lunches would kill and he was like

man he's like just hanging there he's like once I hit two years he goes it

finally just started to feel normal again.

Yeah and I was like all right okay you know I guess that's encouraging and sure enough

my experience lined up pretty similar with that. So I think with Branch, I think he was
