Summary

For the 100th episode of Criminology, we're tackling two cases of murdered prosecutors that some people may be related. Ray Gricar was a prosecutor in Pennsylvania who was murdered in 2005. Jonathan Luna was a federal prosecutor with the United States Attorney's office in Baltimore, Maryland who was killed in 2003. Both men were found in rural areas of central Pennsylvania. The investigations into both of these murders revealed some very interesting information. But, police have not been able to prosecute a single person for either of the murders. Questions are numerous in both cases. Were these cases connected in any way? Did either of these men have something to hide that ultimately factored into their deaths? Were their deaths related to their jobs as prosecutors who had put a number of really bad people in jail over the years that might want retribution? 0:50.3	Yeah, it's kind of hard to believe. I mean, if you look back over the years, look at the start.
0:55.7	Zodiac. Look at that whole kind of long season and then we jumped into the Golden State
1:03.6	Killer. It seems like a lifetime ago.
1:06.9	Yeah, we had four total seasons of episodes and then we had breaks in between.
1:13.2	So I think had we not had breaks in between all the seasons, we might have what 150 episodes
1:19.5	out, do you think?
1:20.2	Yeah, we would definitely have a lot more episodes today had we done it that way.
1:26.2	But it's a big milestone. No doubt.
1:29.0	Getting to 100. I mean, just think about the first 99 episodes and the work that went into all of that.
1:38.4	It's a number of years and it's a lot of it was a lot of work.
1:41.4	So we're kind of celebrating that.
1:44.4	It's kind of cool to look back and realize that you've done that many episodes because it sort of
1:49.6	creeps along and then all of a sudden you look back and you're like, well, we're at that time.
