As you know and as some listeners know I ran the Sky to Summit 50K down in Georgia last weekend.

And it was really the ideal race after such a terrible race, the one before, a terrible 50K last time.

and had a great, strong second half of the race. race felt great about it until Sunday morning at

like one o'clock in the morning I woke up and went to the bathroom and had broken out

it's starting to go down and taking meds and swelling and different pus and all this stuff is gone down.

But it is like seriously one of the worst things that are the most uncomfortable things

that has ever happened to me I would say. Yeah I can imagine that's pretty uncomfortable.

I have never really had a huge rash like that I don't think but that sounds terrible.
