the very last episode of the show and I know what you're thinking, hey Ben, probably not a good

idea to announce this on a show where you've done a fake intro for the last two years where

every single episode you lie about what you're doing. People are not going to believe this is

the last one if you've spent the best part of 600 days telling people that you're doing. People are not going to believe this is the last one if you've spent the best part of 600 days telling people that you're water skiing or in space or something.

In fact, I think I actually already did an episode where I joked about it being the last episode.

But this is the last ever episode, I'm afraid, therefore a very special episode.

Yes, welcome back everybody to YouTube and News the podcast. My name is Benedict Townsend. I've been your

host this entire time. And yes, I'm afraid this is the very last episode of the

YouTube news podcast the show is going on an extended hiatus the kind of hiatus a horse goes on

when it's led into a barn by a man holding a shotgun that kind of hiatus and I know what you're

thinking but Ben didn't you just literally do an episode like last week where you kept talking about all the stuff we were going to do in 2022?

Haven't you been talking quite frequently about the future as if there's going to be lots of future episodes?

But no, no, that was actually all just the Mandela effect.

That never happened. It was always definitely my plan to do just slightly over 100

episodes and then just suddenly and precipitously stop. That's always, that's the best way to end a

podcast is suddenly and without explanation. But don't worry. Keep your eyes open because, well,

there's a slim chance this podcast might come back, but either way, I'll definitely have

some new exciting podcast news

for you on the horizon. So in the meantime, keep your eyes peeled to my socials at Benedict Town on
