When you're working at a food bank and you're rolling up your sleeves, your differences

I grew up in the crack epidemic that happened in the 80s and a lot of violence that happened

in inner city communities.

And while we didn't have a whole lot of money, what we had was a village that loved me.

But I have seen in the past two years, when I looked at what we've gone through during

the pandemic, I have seen Americans help Americans.
