| 0:23.5 | All of that is about to be covered in more here on the Wolverine. |
| 0:27.3 | So we'll start with a question here from Rev the man who asks, |
| 0:30.6 | what makes you excited for this year's football team compared to previous years? |
| 0:35.3 | I think with this year's team, it's the fact that there are expectations. |
| 0:39.8 | Like going into last year, coming off a COVID season, we had no idea what to expect. |
| 0:44.2 | Hey, maybe just win eight games, nine games, get the culture back where it needs to be, |
| 0:49.2 | and use it as a springboard into this season. |
| 0:51.7 | Now, Michigan was able to springboard into what this season will be, but they got to have their cake and eat it too. The culture was restored. And there's a lot to suggest that last year didn't just have to be a one-year wonder. |
| 1:15.1 | So I think when I look at things I'm most excited for, it's the fact that, you know, |
| 1:21.1 | despite losing an Aidan Hutchinson, despite losing a David O'Jabal, Hassan's, Josh Ross, you name it, there are guys at each position group that got plenty of chances to make plays and play winning football last year. |
| 1:30.0 | And I think just offensively, they're going to be deeper. |
| 1:32.9 | Defensively, you lose some star power, but I think you're quicker and more athletic, |
| 1:37.6 | younger in a lot of areas. |
| 1:39.5 | But I do think that you have a chance to be a more well-rounded football team and not just |
| 1:43.4 | be so reliant on some of the star power, which you're going to have to find it from somewhere in order to be that 10, 11, 12-win football team like they were last year. And I think it's there, but I think there are a lot of, a lot more candidates to be that this year. I think that's what's the most exciting thing to me about this team. Okay, we've got a three pack of questions here from Mays in Blue. |
| 2:04.0 | He asks, is JJ's arm 100% healed? |
| 2:07.1 | Do you think that there will be an open competition for the QB job or is it Cades to lose? |
