What up, guys. Welcome to the Jiu-Jitsu podcast. Today we're going to get into a bunch of random questions that have been asked from people from YouTube and podcast and everything else.

0:10.8

And so we've got a list of them. It goes into specific stuff to Jiu-Jitsu and mental health to stuff that has nothing really to do with Jiu-Jitsu. And obviously, if you guys are, you know, if you're new here, then you'll find out that me and Eugene typically have a circuitous way of going about things. And there's going to be lots of tangents. If you're not new and you've been with us for a while, then you'll understand that this is just the way of things. And we're going to dart around into different directions. And I think if you listen to it, you can probably get something useful from the episode and

0:40.6

maybe get a little bit of entertainment or something or other.

0:43.8

I'll also share with you guys a recent troll that has, you know, come into my, you know,

0:49.8

online universe and even sort of popped into my offline universe and been a little bit of a nuisance to my gym in a way.

0:59.3

And I'll tell you about the fun I had with it.

1:00.8

If you're a gym owner, there's a definite lesson to be learned here for in the future.

1:06.1

But yeah, hopefully you guys enjoy the podcast and enjoy the questions.

1:09.5

If you guys want to ever send a question in, if you are on my email list, you can send that directly to the email or you guys can message us on Instagram to do it that way. Or if you're a Patreon member, you can send the question directly to us as well. So guys, with that said, let's jump into this podcast. Big thanks to our sponsor for help to make this podcast happen.

1:28.7

Our sponsor, Athletic, AT-H-L-E-T-H-C.

1:32.5

They make microdosed THC mints.

1:35.8

So it's THC around 2 milligrams per mint, which isn't much.

1:39.9

It's not anything that's going to make you feel crazy or loopy or crazy high or anything like that.

1:44.9

And then it comes in with a different blend of cannabinoids like CBD and so forth,

1:49.4

CBG to help support a different function. So there's a rebound formula, which has like,

1:55.8

you know, CBD and THC and all that stuff. And there's also a flow one, which is, I think it's like CBD, CBG, some other different stuff. Basically different ones for different functions. I like the mints. For me, the rebound mints good for sort of like almost taking the edge off, so to speak. You know, if it's like later at night or even like sometimes in the day, if you're just kind of like whatever, you just want to take the edge off, pop the minute, it's useful.

2:21.1

And then I like the flow one. I usually use that before. If I am going to use it, I'll use it before training.

2:26.4

I feel like sometimes if, especially during the training sessions where I'm doing a lot of situational work and trying to like experiment with something, it helps my brain get into that state of, you would say not quite too relaxed, but slightly relaxed where you're thinking about it a little bit more. Helps me get into that state a little bit easier. And so I like using them and find them helpful. So if you guys want to check them out and see the effects that they have for you, you can go to their website at athletic.com, at h-l-E-H-L-E-H-L-E-H-C-H-E-H-E-H-E-Hese and rash guards and shorts to T-shirts, fanny packs, joggers, anything you can think of. You can name it. They make it. They are a sponsor of the PGF, which I was just at last week. A lot of fun there. A great event. If you guys can ever check it out, it's worth checking out. And they also make my no-ge gear that I get made in my geese for my gym. They make good quality stuff. I like the

3:42.0

designs. I also like the customer service aspect. Like if you're a gym owner, like I like being able to like message someone and I get a message back pretty quickly and they take care of things and I don't have to deal with all kinds of other stuff. It's just done. And so Matt and the team has been really good to us and been helpful with my my gear and so if you guys want to check them out you can go to

4:00.7

their website at Epicroll, BJJ.com, promo code is J-Jitsu 20, C-E-W, J-I-T-SU-0 for 20% off the order. And you can find something you like, get some, get a discount on it, and enjoy some gear. you know and I read just as a quick aside, I love their nogey stuff. Like I've used a lot of different nogi stuff, been given a lot of nogi stuff by like a lot of the biggest companies in jihitsu. And I still come back to the epic role stuff because it's the stuff that I feel like fits the most the fits, it's the most comfortable and fits really well, at least for my body type.

4:33.1

So really like their stuff.

4:34.8

Also, thanks to our buddies over at Charlotte's Web.
