Here we go.

With all this talk about Marcus Freeman in the NFL this off season, which would you rather have?

Freeman, as the head coach for the next five years,

or C.J. Carr at quarterback for the next two years?

This one, I had to really kind of think about, to be honest with you,

because C.J. Carr is a generational quarterback, in my opinion, at least at Notre Dame. And I think he's going to, not only has he already proved it, but I think he's going to continue to prove it and get better and better. And wouldn't you love to have that for the next two years? You know what I mean? Like, that would be awesome. And I'm not sure there's another C.J. Carr on the roster. I'm just not sure. And so that was a very tempting one to take.

But I'm going to go with the head coach because I'd rather have five years of stability and his recruiting and everything that Marcus Freeman brings to the table.

I think I'd rather have that, and I hate to say it, over another year of C.J. Carr.

I mean, if I said four years, would it change it at all?

Because I'm in the same boat, because I look at it this way.

Jeremiah Love and Leonard Moore both received unanimous All-American

status a few weeks ago. It's just the second time since 1990 that Notre Dame has had two

unanimous All-Americans in the same season. You know, the only other time in the last 35 years?

Two years ago, 2023, when Joe Alt and Xavier Watts did it.

So you go 1990, Rocket Ismail, Chris Zorich, Michael Stonebreaker,

1990, three unanimous All-Americans.

The next time Notre Dame even had two unanimous

All-Americans was 2023 when

Alt and Watts did it. And then this year
