Oh, hello, I'm Carrie Brown and I also live in Connecticut just a different part to Carl.

I'm a trained pastry chef who went keto to control and eventually eliminate symptoms from

bipolar 2 disorder and depression. I take no medications I have no

symptoms and it's my mission to show the world that keto food is not only

delicious but it can be better than any other kind of food.
