| 0:25.0 | But I get asked this question so many times that I thought I actually would share some content for you on it my three biggest business regrets. |

| 0:37.0 | I've thought long and hard about what stopped me starting, what were the greatest bottlenecks, what had I solved this or embraced this would have given me much more viral growth. |

| 1:01.0 | So, I've really considered this carefully and I've broken down my three biggest regrets into three things. |
| 1:08.0 | Number one, not starting when I had the chance, not starting early enough. |
| 1:14.0 | I wrote a book called Start Now, Get Perfect Later. |
| 1:17.0 | And I really believe that you're never fully ready for anything. |
| 1:22.0 | But I also really believe that you're wildly resourceful as a human being if you allow yourselves to be. |
| 1:30.0 | And so, if you don't start, you don't allow your resourcefulness, your creativity, your innovation, your disruption, your ability to solve problems. |
| 1:40.0 | You don't allow that to flourish and you build resistance and fear and you lose ground on your competitors. |
| 1:49.0 | So, I had chances to get into business in my teens and early twenties and didn't properly start a business until really January 2006. |
| 2:01.0 | So, I had chances for probably ten years before 2006. |
| 2:07.0 | Now, I say this with very much humility. |
| 2:10.0 | But I do about this year, we're COVID year, so probably 15 million this year, 21 million best year in training and information. |
| 2:21.0 | I have tens of millions of pounds worth of a property portfolio. |
| 2:25.0 | I now have more than a million followers across my social media. |
