Good morning, everybody.

Welcome to another episode of Hock blogger mornings.

I am Brian Themhouser.

Excited to be with you here on this really nice Wednesday morning.

And I'm not you.

I hopefully have plans other than work.

I am taking my son out to the golf course after this show and looking forward to that.

As I had my best round of the year last time out, shot a clean 80 was about an inch away from making a putt on 18 for a birdie, which would have broke 80 for the first time in a while and uh we'll

see what today brings probably shoot 110 but but uh it's going to be nice out there so i'm looking

forward to being being outside and enjoying the weather so hopefully you guys get to do something

like that yourself we uh we're going to continue our kind of march through the rankings of the different position

groups in the in the NFC, NFC West, excuse me.

And today we're going to talk about the running back room.

And that will be inclusive of, that'll be inclusive of fullbacks.

So we haven't had a chance to really talk about that as much for the Ciox.

You know, the past few years haven't really used a fullback.

But it is going to be a much larger part of the offense this year.

And I think the running backs are pretty darn important for teams in this division, all of which are run-centric teams.

The Seahawks have not been a run-centric team for the past few seasons.

All signs point to that changing this year. The Cardinals, the Rams, yes, the Rams, and the 49ers

have all been run-heavy teams. And there's some strengths for sure. And there's also some question marks at these positions that range from health to, you know, age to, you know, rep shares, all that kind of stuff.

So we will talk through that as we get familiarized with the running backs in the division.
