0:15.0	Thank you, Casey. It's a pleasure to be here. Very exciting.
0:18.3	Absolutely. So I am very pumped up, not only for you, but for the listeners
0:22.4	today, because you have a book that is just coming out, as mentioned just shortly, I said,
0:29.3	Grow, the Essential Guide to Getting Promoted. So for the people that may not know who you are and
0:34.7	your experience at GoPuff or as a leader,
0:39.2	how long have you been at GoPuff and what led you down this path?
0:44.7	Yeah, I've been at GoPuff three and a half years,
0:47.4	and it's been a very exciting run.
0:49.6	I joined pre-COVID and with COVID happening,
0:53.5	you know, our business ballooned overnight. And it's
0:56.1	been an amazing ride. We're basically taking on the leader of the instant needs category.
1:02.2	And my, I managed the beverage business. So the alcohol and non-alcohol drinks, which is
1:08.0	some of the fastest growing categories there.
1:13.4	But I've been in beverages my whole career.
1:21.0	And I started my career at IRA, which is a syndicated data company with my client being Anheuser-Busch and based in an Anheuser-Busch's office managing sales for them.
1:28.0	And then I was employed by Anhezabush for 15 years.
1:31.8	So basically worked 18 years at the number one brewer in the world and had an amazing run
1:38.4	of getting promoted multiple times.
1:41.8	I actually got promoted seven times throughout my career
1:45.3	for more of an entry level position managing
