Honestly, I just hit record and I have no topic on my mind.

I was thinking maybe I would talk a little bit about some of the concepts that I've

learned through a lot of work and personal development that I'm still trying to implement for myself

that I think provides a really strong mirror of reflection for everybody else and stuff that I've kind of talked about but not

really in depth so maybe we'll go in that

today as of this recording, it is a special day.

Today is my wife's birthday.

Melanie's birthday.

Melanie's birthday today.

Nine, nine, nine, easy to remember,

and also her twin sister Amy, who works for me and is one of my best friends.

So happy birthday to Mel and Amy.

And we've had a nice little weekend so far

of celebrating, went out to dinner with all of their kids on Friday night

for some Mexican food and

Some drinks and and I don't know what we're going to do tonight.

Tonight's actual birthday and she's had a busy week,
