All right, welcome in. It is all up in this. I drink too much coffee now. And I only have like two

cups of coffee a day, but it really just like it does not do well for my stomach. I don't even

know if it helps me. Like there are moments where I'm like, I have a coffee and I'm like,

okay, I'm, I'm zooming right now. Like I'm straight up zooming. But most of the time, I just drink coffee and feel like shit. And from what I understand, it actually makes my, it actually hurts my vocal issues. Like part of the reason I become hoarse, like when I have hoarseness as an issue, apparently coffee is a part of that. Caffeine is a part of that. I don't want to drink coffee.

But I almost do it out of boredom because it's here and there's a cure.

So I go in there and I put the little K-Pod in there and get the hot water.

And then, you know, then put a little cream in it.

And then boom, I got myself a coffee.

And I don't even think I like coffee.

All I know is that, like, my insides feel...

I've had a horrible food stretch the last three days.

Now going on four.
