So it feels like every year I ask people, how are you preparing for Ramadan?

It's like in a month or two weeks or 10 days or whatever.

And we're only about seven days away from the first day of Ramadan.

So I wanted to take a moment to like start thinking about how I can prepare and you guys can prepare as an audience for Ramadan.

And we're going to be talking a lot about, you know, eating, nutrition, modifying your diet.
