Ismila Rahmrahim Rahim, al-Dhilah Rabil al-Aal Amin was Sala to what is Sala, al-Alais saida, Mohammedin,

wala al-Ahi was Sahib al-Ain, Amabad. So we had talked about Allah Azuajal praising himself with the phrase

al-Ham-Dilah he rabb al-A-Damin and then explained why after praising himself

as being a rabb, he immediately follows that with a

rahman and a rahaim to indicate that his rububia his lordship is a lordship of mercy

of tenderness his lordship is a lordship of Rahma.

And then Allah says,

Maliki Yawmedine.

And this verse, Malik, the word Malik in Arabic means owner.

And we have the concept of milkya which is ownership.

So Allah is saying I am the owner of the day of judgment, Yomadin.

And we had mentioned previously that the Quran has many recitations

tend to be exact, and in another authentic recitation,

our prophet-sossum would sometimes recite this verse as maliki-a-medin.

And both are authentic and both go back to the prophet sassalam.

And to this day if you listen to our brothers from North Africa, from Morocco, from Algeria, when they recite

Fathijah, they will say Maliki, oh, middin.

They're not going to say malik.

1:37.8

And the word malik means the king of the day of judgment.

And this is a part of the beauty of the Quran

1:43.9

that the multiple recitations actually add meaning.
