Beloved brothers and sisters in Islam.

Yesterday we were making mention of the story where there was an accusation leveled against the most pure of women.

Ayesha radi Allahu anha.

And just to recap as to exactly what had happened as they were returning from the battle of Banul Mustalik.

The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam decided to instruct the army to leave.

And Ayesha radi Allahu anha was looking for a bracelet of hers or a necklace.

And at that time they used to have a holdage.

In the Arabic language the holdage is the cover at the top of the animal or at the top of the camel

where the women focus to sit as the camel used to move.

It used to protect them from the sun as well as act as privacy for them.

And when they stopped at a specific place the camel would be made to sit down.

The men would lift up the entire holdage and put it to the side which would make it look like a little tent.

And thereafter they would go away and the women would then either come out or remain in there

and so on be protected from the sun and what have you.

Ayesha radi Allahu anha says as they had put it down and I was doing some of my things whatever I had to do.

I realized that I was missing a necklace and I went hunting for it, looking for it around.

And the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam instructed the army to leave.

They lifted up this holdage thinking that Ayesha radi Allahu anha was inside.

They placed it on the camel and they progressed.

And she says when I got back to the place where they were, I noticed there was no one.
