We praise Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala

We send complete blessings and salutations upon Muhammad

Salallahu alayhi wa sallam and all his companions

his entire household may Allah bless them and may he bless every single one of us

and grant us goodness. I mean beloved brothers and sisters we

pause for a moment in support of a brother of ours who was martyred a few days ago

or should I say precisely the day before yesterday

here in the north western province whilst he

was teased about the beard that he had grown

and that resulted in an in an argument which resulted in a fight which resulted

in his murder we stand in solidarity with him

making du'a for him we say inna lillahi wa inna ilahi r-rajion

may Allah grant him jannah and may Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala grant his family

also the suburb and the patience that is required to bear this particular

difficulty that has come in their direction but

the good news is he was granted a month of Ramadan

and at the same time he died as a result of people teasing him because of him

uplifting the sunnah of Muhammad Salallahu alayhi wa sallam

may Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala open our doors a few days ago we were making

mention of how we are so fortunate to be from amongst those

who can practice our deen so freely and here we have an incident
