| 0:38.0 | I had promised you last night that today I would go through Surah Al-Hajurat, the chambers or the rooms |
| 0:44.0 | And this Surah has been named after the rooms of Rasulullah al-Alahi wa Salam |
| 0:50.0 | And Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala opens the verses of the Surah by warning all the companions of Muhammad al-Alahi wa Salam |
| 0:56.0 | And to respect him and to understand his level |
| 1:00.0 | Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala also says those who disrespect Muhammad al-Alahi wa Salam may just lose their deeds |
| 1:18.0 | They may just nullify their deeds without realizing may Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala save us |
| 1:24.0 | Subhanahu wa Ta'ala makes mention of people at the time of Rasulullah al-Alahi wa Salam who called him by his first name |
| 1:32.0 | And from outside his room they called him shouting and screaming his name |
| 1:38.0 | And Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says those people have no intellect whatsoever |
| 1:42.0 | And Allah makes mention of this |
| 1:54.0 | O you who believe do not raise your voices above the voice of Rasulullah al-Alahi wa Salam |
| 2:00.0 | It is reported that Umar ibn al-Khattab radiallahu anhu who had a habit of raising his voice thought that the address was to him directly where Allah says that those who do not raise or those who are not careful of the level of their voice may just lose their deeds and he began to weep thinking that possibly I have lost all my deeds |
| 2:22.0 | And to Rasulullah al-Alahi wa Salam and asked him and he was informed that no definitely your deeds are intact |
| 2:30.0 | In fact Umar ibn al-Khattab radiallahu anhu who was so powerful in his Iman always thought that he was a hypocrite |
| 2:38.0 | That is how solid his Iman was because any small issue that he might have been involved in he always asked himself |
| 2:48.0 | Am I doing it for the sake of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala or am I doing it for any other reason? |
| 2:54.0 | And for this reason he always thought to himself by one day for Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has accepted me as being from amongst the believers until one day he was informed by Khudafah |
