unknown. There were many great leaders, B. R. R. Ambedker, the chief draftsnell, the Indian

constitutional visionary lawyer, scholar from an untassable background is one such figure.

Rabindanaatagor, the great poet, who was a precocious early critic of

linguistic nationalism, female leaders, Muslim leaders, so it was a whole constellation of

visionaries and reformers of whom Gandhi happened to be the most influential and important, but by no means the

sole voice.
