Happy Sunday, everybody. Welcome to Sunday service. This is our podcast that we actually do live, where this not only streams to YouTube, but it streams to Facebook and a couple of other places. We usually have about four to 500 people that watch this show live. And they're all coming out here to learn a handful of things. I would say primarily real estate investing. We talk about tax.

In fact, here's the book I was reading this morning. Boom. We talk a lot about tax. We talk a lot

about how to make money so you actually care about tax. I remember there was a point in my life

where I didn't care about tax. And now it's one of the main things I care about.

We learn about wholesale. We learn about fix and flip. We learn about a ton of things. And today on

today's episode, we're going to be talking primarily about raising private capital so that you can

do more and more and more projects. It is so good to see you guys in here. I see a ton of people from

YouTube making comments already. Golfing was great today. Thank you so much for asking. We had

only enough time today to do nine holes, unfortunately, but got a lot of time with the family

and got to enjoy ourselves. I actually have a couple of special guests here today, guys.

And I don't know how to pronounce his name, but we'll get to him in just a minute.
