1:30.7 | maybe three exercises, and I would do a 10-minute just back and forth. |
1:35.8 | I wouldn't call it CrossFit because I was more of the preference of lifting heavier or at least |

1:42.7 | I wasn't doing things like 95 pound power cleans for 30 reps. |
1:48.3 | I would do something like a thick bar deadlift for five reps, |
1:52.8 | followed by barbell floor press for five reps. |
1:57.1 | I would just use the same weight, five sets of five. |
