How much money have you raised?

Probably over the past couple years, maybe about $7 million.

Yeah, so private lenders, a lot of my projects are fully funded by everyday people who have money in their savings,

he lock or you know their 401k their retirement and so they're just trying to

leverage and find a way somewhere even just trying to get started so a lot of people say of is to lend on other people's projects and have them keep you in the loop on what's going on.

Yeah.

Little risk in that unless that person doesn't pay you back.

So that's where the trust factor comes into play.

But also you get a return, like you get to make money on your money in

somebody else's project got it and I guess like how do you find private money

lenders so like I mentioned before just networking and reaching out to people or letting people know that you're looking for somebody to fund their project or you're looking for money.

So I constantly on social media have leveraged that a lot.

I probably raised a couple million off social media.

And then the rest was through networking

or getting to know people, going to meetups,

hosting meetups as well.

So there's a benefit to that because you're looked at as a leader and when you mentioned something that people are like okay I want to get my foot in the door

Even active investors lend because they might want to diversify. Yeah.

But I guess when you approach a private money lender,

what do you say?

It's crazy, but I don't really approach people.
