What have you been doing to try to find balance with your career and family?

Well, and now I set my priorities and I don't put too much stress on myself before I was like waking up at 4.30 in the morning like got it hit the gym.

I'm a little bit more lax.

I feel like there's some days where I'll wake up at five and start working out and set

my intentions for the day.

And then there's some days where I wake up

at six with my kids and enjoy the time with them

and not be on my grind and just work out in the afternoons or whenever is more convenient for me.

More so following my feelings or what I'm, what my kids got going on for the day rather than just like wanting to hit all these goals every single day.

Got it. Do you think that's been making you like happier? I think so overall because the family dynamic is definitely I mean we have kids and

we're always striving and saying we're doing it for them but if we're never really around

or always our mind is always you know taking off our family then what are we even really doing it for?

100% I I got a new therapist since the last time we spoke. And so this one is kind of like an emotional therapist

and like kind of mindset, but she's actually like a legit therapist,

not like a mindset coach and I've been working a lot on my emotions so

The opposite of me. I'm very like stern but I'm pretty funny. Well, the problem is I have no emotions. So my wife and people around me.
