walked on the night before because it was at Red Rocks the concert was the

running is at Red Rocks and then another concert I have tonight so do I want to do that over and over no I just had to say sorry Kelly it's not going to happen because we didn't get home till I don't know 1.30 didn't get in bed. I'll get into that. I'm just

jumping ahead of things. But it felt great to run at Red Rocks today. I just

fucking love Red Rocks. I love it so much. I grew up running there when I was too intimidated to work out at a gym.

I ran at Red Rocks even through the winter. I just thought of this the other day. I think I was, yeah, no, I had to be in high school,
