He's on Twitter at Ari Producers. You can hit me up as well at your boy Q254. And of course, we got the Lockdown Raider podcast voicemail line for you 707-654-4-6-9-3. We will get your calls and text to close out segment number three and close out the show today. A lot of really good feedback based on Sunday with the Raiders, both before the game and, well, the results of the game as well. So your calls and text will close out the show. Segment number two, we'll talk about the first victory. So we'll kind of do it in reverse order. The first victory of the day was the Giants beat the Dallas Cowboys. So what does that mean? That means the Raiders ended up with the number one overall draft pick before they ever took the field on Sunday at Allegiance Stadium. But like I said, we'll do it in reverse order. So we'll talk about that coming up in segment number two and some of the different decisions that the Raiders will have to make moving forward. Here in segment number one, news and notes of the day, and we have to talk about the game because, well, the Raiders won. They finally snapped their long, long losing streak that they had going on, and their losing streak at home versus the Kansas City Chiefs with a 14 to 12 victory. We'll jump into that after I tell you about the title sponsor of the show, which is prize picks. Download the prize picks app today.

Use promo code locked on NFL to get $50 in lineups after you play your first fight-out lineup. Before I jump into the game, I do want to give one a big shout out to you, Raider Nation. Met so many, shook so many hands, talked to so many people at Allegiance Stadium at the torch before the game. It was awesome. It was great to see Raider Nation in the building, big smiles on the faces, paying attention to the Giants and Cowboys game and seeing the results and knowing that the Raiders were going to end up with that overall pick, the number one overall pick, and seeing how happy you were. So I want to shout out to each and every one of you that I got to shake your hand and chop it up with, but I wanted to give a big shout out to the hobbies. The hobbies were a couple of the last people that I got to talk to before I went upstairs to the press box, and it was so funny because I just happened to hang around a little bit longer. I was actually about to go up to the press box, and someone caught my attention, and so I started talking to them to the side, and then the hobbies came up and started talking to me,

2:38.1

and they were really trying to make an effort to get up to the torch, but they were kind of running behind.

2:39.2

So it was really cool.

2:52.8

So he said, man, just really wanted to come here and meet you and let you meet my son and my brother and my family. And so I thought that that was really cool. so I made sure that I wanted to shout out to the hobbies and everyone that I got to meet and talk to at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday.

2:52.8

Now, onto the game, everyone that I got to meet and talk to at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday.

2:57.8

Now, onto the game, the Raiders get the victory, 14 to 12 and the season, 3 and 14.

3:04.7

First win versus AFC West opponent in two seasons and first time defeating the Kansas Chiefs at Allegiance Stadium.

3:43.8

First time the Chiefs in general lost at Allegiance Stadium because remember they won the Super Bowl there as well. The offense pretty nonexistent. I mean, Daniel Carlson was 4 for 4. The return to cash money Carlson, he was 4 for 4 for 4 on the day. He accounted for 12 points, including the game winner 60 yard field goal. And I'm not going to lie, especially with the season of Daniel Carlson's had up and down. I didn't think he had it in his bag. When they trotted him out there for that 60-yard field goal, I didn't think there was any chance that he was going to make it. He could have made that thing from 65. It was really good to see Cash Money Carlson return. He is now going to be a free agent. He set for free agency. maybe that was the game that he needed to get re-up by the Raiders. Who knows? But for him, for a guy who had had an up and down season like that, it was great to see him finish it the way that he did. The Raiders in general were really trying to make sure that they got Ashton Genti to a thousand yards, his rookie year, which would have been awesome. Going into the game, he needed 112 yards to hit that 1,000 yard mark. He fell short, 25 yards. He ended up with 87 yards on the ground, 26 carries, which is the most carries he's had in his short NFL career. But he was trying, and the Raiders were trying to make an effort to get him to a thousand yards. And I understand that 1,000 yards is not the benchmark that it used to be for running backs back in the day.

4:16.5

I get that.

4:17.3

And I had that 1,000 yards is not the benchmark that it used to be for running backs

4:16.0

back in the day. I get that. And I had multiple people tell me that on Twitter when I pointed out that the Raiders are trying to get Ashti Genti to 1,000 yards. But with that being said, it's really cool if he had got there. He did. And he came up a little bit short. Like I said, 25 yards short of 1,000 yards on the season.

4:31.8

So it ends up with 975 1,000 yards on the season.

4:31.7

So it ends up with 975 and 5 touchdowns on the ground, 346 yards and 5 touchdowns receiving. Which is not a bad season. Matter of fact, Ashton Genti passed Josh Jacobs for the most scrimmage yards by a rookie in Raiders history. So if you had told me, and I've said this multiple times,

4:46.5

if you had told me the day that I shook Ash and Gentie's hand
