Summary

The Raiders offseason is heating up. We break down the latest coaching hires including Omar Young at RB coach, Maurice Williams as Senior Assistant Special Teams, Mario Jeberaeel as Offensive Run Game Coordinator, and Rick Dennison as Offensive Line Coach. Is the Dennison hire one of the most important moves of the offseason? We discuss what it means for the run game and overall offensive identity. Plus, we dive into the 2026 NFL Combine. With Fernando Mendoza choosing not to throw, what should Raider Nation really look for in Indy? We spotlight wide receiver Elijah Sarratt as a potential fit and talk about which position groups the Raiders must prioritize. And after Shannon Sharpe and Chad Johnson debated Maxx Crosby’s worth, we ask the big question: If Crosby is valued like Micah Parsons, what could the Raiders realistically get in return? All that and your questions with Lincoln Kennedy, Q Myers and Shantelle Chand on the Raiders Squad Show.

But nonetheless, this will be his sixth season coaching in the NFL. And of course, he previously was with the Jacksonville Jags as a defensive assistant.
