day of the voluntary mini camp that got started on Monday. It's the 20th through the 22nd. So today is the

last day. And I wanted to bring it up because I talked about it on Tuesday's show where there's no

shields. There's no emblems on the Raiders helmets as they're out there working. I say Clint

Kubiak is putting his thumbprint on this organization and just making the guys go out there and earn it. Not saying that that's something that's exclusive to him, the Raiders, something that's never been heard of. I mean, that's something that was going on all the time back in the day with many different teams. Lincoln Kennedy on the Squashow on Tuesday said he was a big fan of it. He remembers back in the day when he had to earn his stripes and you had to earn everything
