surveillance. It is 7 a.m. on Wall Street 12 noon in Brussels site of yet another terrorist attack.

Two explosions ripping through Brussels Zavantum Airport Departure Hall at a third rocking

a downtown subway station this morning.

Deaths and injuries, unconfirmed reports at this hour put the toll at as many as 26 dead.

Air passengers say the bombs went off in rapid succession around 8 a.m. Brussels time, the peak check-in hour

for morning flights within Europe. An hour later an explosion hit a subway station

a short walk from European Union headquarters. Julia Ambra Verlaine is with Bloomberg News in Brussels and she is

outside that subway station. Julia, what is the latest?

So the streets are blocked off two full blocks they actually pushed us back it seems like

there's a bit of a special operation going on there's SWAT forces and

policemen but no military forces and they're actually telling us to all go home

there's no access to the shuman area to where all the

EU institutions are there is a report that there was another explosion although we

understand it may have been a controlled explosion of another device it's a bit confusing because as usual, the brusful security, I don't want to give anything out,
