No, I live in a community of people that do CrossFit at Bison.

And, you know, Dave grew up in the community around here where I moved to, which is in Bergen County, New Jersey, which is not where I'm from.

I moved here totally on a whim. And a lot of the

parents that I would chat with at pickup for our kids, they would all be members of Bison and talking

about, you know, CrossFit all the time. And I felt like the outsider. So I I was like let me go check this thing out

walked into the gym on a Wednesday because I think Dave does like open Wednesday kind of

where you can test it out test out a workout at least back in the day the the the workouts on

Wednesday were more accessible body weight, things that like people can
