Ted Wynn of the Athletic, who's been on with us before. And it's so good to see you in person, man. Yeah, for sure. How are you doing in this wild environment here on Radio Row? Man, it's fun. It's my first radio row. Is it really? Yeah, yeah. It's been fun. I feel like I've been talking nonstop, but I mean, it only happens once a year.

So just taking advantage of meeting some of the people that, you know, you talk to online

all day, but you've never actually met before.

So it's kind of cool.

What's been your favorite, well, maybe favorites the wrong.

What's been the most memorable introduction you've

had so far? Um, so, I mean, I've, I've, I felt like I've met these people before. So I should say,

I just haven't, um, you know, we don't, we don't converse every day. So it's good like catching up.

Um, you know, there's a lot like my son's here with me. He's my producer. Of course, he's doing no work right now. He's doing he's actually a real job. And he's like, oh, these celebrities. And I'm like, I'm not particularly interested in the celebrities. Like I like talking to the people that I can learn from that I think do really, really good work. And, you know, we have a lot of people to choose from. You fit in that category for sure.

But there's also kind of cool. Like, oh, wow, there goes, you know, Justin Jefferson or whatever. Any guys that, like, you kind of starstruck by or anyone's work that you really respect, you've got to spend the time talking with. You know, I i've lost my star struck ability yes yeah like i i think definitely in the beginning of my career um

especially like getting locker room access for the first time um you know i i i that really kind

of resets your your perspective on things but then um you know, after being in the industry a while, you know, I'm not a star by any chance, you know, by any stretch of imagination. But you just lose that, you just realize people are just people and you kind of lose that, that star struck, I think. Yeah, yeah. Well, there's a lot of stuff I want to talk to you about. You've written

some really great articles recently, and you were one of the first people we talked about when

Mike McDonald got hired. So it's kind of come full circle. But part of today and this show is

also getting people familiarized with the Patriots and what's going on on that side. And, you know,

I've talked to folks. I see Adam Ray. I'm staring right at Adam Ray. Adam's supposed to be on the show today. I'm going to scream at him at some point to get over here. But I, we've talked about some of the players. I'm curious, like, schematically, what is a Mike Vrabel defense like?
