We're back to Michigan football.

We're going to be joined in the first couple of segments by head coach Sharon Moore.

In the middle of the program, special teams coordinator J.B. Brown is going to stop by.

And then at the end, we're going to be joined by junior kicker Dominic Zavada.

Dom has more 50-yard kicks than anybody in Michigan football history.

Sharon Moore. Coach, thanks for joining me, and how was the by week? Did you get a chance to

refresh whatever that

means uh in the middle of a season yeah i mean uh a little bit uh we went you know coaches went out

recruiting i went out recruiting you know we got some practices in with the guys and uh they had a

couple days and then came back on sunday had a good practice, and yeah, ready to roll.

Obviously, when you're out recruiting, right, you've got to know everything about the recruit,

where you're going, all that stuff.

But is that almost a mental break?
