Hi, my name is Andy and welcome to Radio Headspace and to Friday morning. So a few days back

1:06.4

I was reading an article and it was an article written about the famous Olympian, an Olympian

2:25.3

particular talent. I feel like as life goes on we become perhaps not always but maybe it's just

2:32.8

because of the way our lives are as well they tend to be busier and there's more responsibility

2:36.8

in everything else but we tend to stick to the things that we know we tend to stick to the things
