Yesterday I was looking at Bill Reel's Facebook page and on his page is posted an official letter from the First

Presidency of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

I am pleased to report that it announces a tithing refund program. It is under official church

laterhead, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Office of the First Presidency.

It has the address 47 East South Temple Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, and then the zip code.

It is dated May 3rd, 2020. It is addressed to general authorities and the following priesthood

leaders in all countries, Area 70s, State, Mission, and District

Presidents, bishops, and Branch Presidents.

It then has in parentheses under that to be shared electronically or by telephone with all members.

Well, that makes sense that it would be shared electronically or by telephone with all members because we are in the midst of this coronavirus pandemic still.

Under that, there is an underlying title to this letter, Tithing Refund Program.

So we know what the letter is about.
