So I'm going to jump in and introduce you real quick. Sounds great. Hayden Dodd is a speaker,

to encourage people to set intentions with grace. Oh my goodness. Radical permission.

Yeah, absolutely. This, I think speaks so much to everyone already, but I think considering COVID-19 even more so.

Yeah, absolutely, because, you know, I remember when I felt like the world was getting so much smaller for a lot of us, including myself, for sure.

And the great thing about radical permission is it really honors the

autonomy that we all instinctively have to make different choices and to set different intentions,

even in the midst of a very rapidly changing, disorienting environment.

So let's just start right with what does it mean?

What does radical permission look like?

Radical permission is an ability.

It is a practice to set intentions for oneself. the same way that you might give a loved one

permission for them to do something in their life that might be bold. So it might feel like a

giant baby step, something that's really small, but really internally, it can be such a

dramatic shift. That's the radical piece to it.
