And I'm especially very excited about the topic that we have today on collaboration.

So Vajaya, here is my question for you. There are so many books on being a great leader, but I can't think of a single book on being

a great colleague, being a great cross-functional colleague or just a great team member, a great peer.

Why is this? Wow, that is such an excellent question. I think generally there is an acknowledgement

that leadership is a really vast subject. And being a good leader and leading people

and organizations, generally people understand it is complex and requires skill and experience and therefore

there's lots and lots of material with its books trainings you name it to to train people on that

but at least my theory is that people think they know what it means to be a good colleague

and take collaboration for granted.

And they don't really give much thought into what good looks like when it comes to being a colleague and being a great peer.
