practice Radical Cander. Today, we're going to reach into that Radical Cander advice mailbag.

I think it's a digital mailbag, but we're still

reaching in and we're answering some of your questions. So Jason, Kim, do you have your advice

hats on? I love it. I'm not sure I have my advice hat, but I have my thinking cap on. I'll have ideas,

and you all will give me some feedback on whether my ideas are any good or not.

It's going to be a fun conversation. Is that a Harry Potter thinking cap? And if so, do we need to know?

No, it's not a Harry Potter. I think you meant the sorting the sorting hat no no thinking

no mystical thinking cap a a figurative but very real thinking cap yes okay all right so now that

we've already answering questions so skillfully our first first question, this is when we get a lot,

and it's an issue that makes lots of folks uncomfortable. So here we go. I'm going to start reading,

hello, I discovered y'all when my partner, who works at an apartment complex, found your book

in an abandoned apartment.

And I just say that's already amazing. I just had to pause.

Like, I think, like, that to me, I just have this vision of, like, an empty apartment with just

like a stray copy of radical candor left behind.
