about who you are, what you are created to do, where you want to do it, and how you can

Because you were created to fill a unique role.

Through your work, you were created to contribute.

You were needed, and you must do it.

Somebody out there needs you to be you.

And while we talk about work and purpose and significance, we rarely talk social issues

of the day, and I don't talk politics and will not.

But I open today's show as the father of two black sons.

And so as I sat in my safe environment and safe home and watched our country burn, literally

this week, and not just the flames, but the emotions, my heart grieved.

And so I will make no apologies for what I'm about to say.

And I speak to white Americans as a white man.

As I watched the inexplicable, excruciatingly evil video just weeks ago of a mod arbery

in his death, heinous and evil, and then I watched the video of George and the innocent

inexplicable brutality as he lays subdued.

I watch it as a father.
