Hey friends, thank you for tuning in to another episode of Tory Dealing With, where each episode

0:05.2

will be short, sweet, and the perfect thing to enjoy in the morning. Just like your coffee,

0:09.6

this episode is going to be heavy, but it's a necessary conversation. This week we'll be dealing

0:14.2

with racism. The death of George Floyd has ignited a flame in American citizens, between murders,

1:26.8

about me. There are many things that I've read that can make me feel like I've personally done

1:31.4

something wrong, even though I don't feel like I have. But all I can do in those situations is

1:36.5

decide to listen and learn more. It's important to not take offense to this discussion. Also, it's

1:42.8

actively preached about that white people should not try to lead or teach anti-racism because the

1:48.2

industry already has profound black leaders, and it's not our job to take that space away from them.

1:54.0

So what can we do? Well, we can open our hearts, our ears, our minds, and listen to the black
